how are things going lift-on?
They have been good untell I got sick last week. Haven't been in the gym since Monday. Feeling Better now and ready to get back at it! Cycle wise everything is great. Iv had some back issues the past couple months so I haven't been able to hit deads and squats as hard as I'd like, but that's life. I'll be hitting it as hard as I can for the neXt 3 weeks.
I know how that goes I'm working around a tendon injury from arm wrestling.I won but in reality I lost because I can barley move my arm.I'm going to try to schedule a dr visit this week for cortizone shot.
