problem with my chest

i have a problem now i've been cutting for about two months now after i began losing pounds of fat i noticed i had a problem with my inner area of the chest how could i fill this area between my pecs??? i am doing dips now is it enough??? i heard pull overs do that but i have a problem with them any suggested exercise for this area?? :hmmm:

What movements do you that involve the chest?
 
You can work the muscle tissue in your inner chest up to where you want it; but with it will come development in all of your chest. Genetics determine the shape of your muscles and they will keep relative shape/proportions as they grow. That's my understanding about how this stuff works based on the information I've learned from these forums. There's a sticky on it too.
 
sounds like you need to work on your chest more. no specific exercise can target the inner chest, but you can make your chest bigger and it should help. i also tend to lose fat off my chest when i cut, i know the feeling. after a cut you get a more accurate picture of what your muscles really look like, and can target weak areas more easily.

true ...fats give a false image and proportions specially under clothes ...

I knew of this one guy, all he did was flyes day in day out. His chest musculature was so out of proportion that people pointed at him in the streets, shouting "oh my god, look at that freak, with his overpowering outer chest". If only he had balanced out his routine with cable crossovers (for the cuts), and bench press (for the overall mass), and his physique wouldn't be so fucked up from doing just chest flyes. A shame. :hmmm: :lame:
