My right bicep is always reaching failure before my left bicep, but when I flex my right looks and feels bigger. Should I continue to train my left bicep until it reaches failure or should I stop when my right reaches failure.

Good call. I'd say focus on more bicep exercises where both arms are working at the same time.. as opposed to one side, and then the other.

Cheat EZ-curls .. just let one arm take more of the brunt when the weaker one fails ..
The inequality will be gone fairly soon.

P.S. Is it really your bicep that gives in (not a weak wrist or so ?)

I prefer Dumbell work in such cases but agree to keep the weights the same. Problem with bars are that the stronger arm will compensate for the weaker. This can't happen with D/B's. Excercises to use: Standing alternate DB curls, one arm Preacher curls, Seated alternate DB curls, Decline DB curls (straight hand not twisting), Hammer curls, One arm Cable curls(always last). Those are a bunch of my favorite DB excercises.

Your very welcome Island
