Prolactin or gyno?

Just started a cycle of test c, NPP, and deca at 300 mg each a week. Only in it for 3 weeks so far and having serious issues with a lump under my left nipple. Nothing on my right. Taking armidex .5mg eod and just started taking pramipexole .5mg ed. I'm not sure if it's a prolactin issue or gyno. Any thoughts? How long does it take for the prami to start reducing? Any feedback would be helpful. Not wanting to stop my cycle, but don't want bitch tits either. Never had this problem before.

Lump under the nipple is gyno. Hardness around the nipple is from prolactin.. I had the prolactin issue, just keep taking the prami but it won't go away until your cycle ends or you stop the deca&npp

This is what is happening to me too, I'm about to be on my 7th week. On tren at 600 And test 400 a week. But the thing with me is I didn't get any symptoms at all nips were tingling for like a week but Monday I decided to touch them and boom some really small lumps under my left nipple. Nips are fine tho, not sore or big and don't look like they changed in anyway. But everyone thinks I should take my tamoxifen and prami.
