First off, you can not compare the absorption rate of a cow to a human being. It has absolutely no significance what so ever. So you can just throw that comparison right out the window. However, of extreme importance in that study, is the mention of two key points.
One, "The absorption rate of TA given by injection is exponential and thus is it is not generally possible to Maintain a threshold concentration for a long period. Initally plasma concentration greatly exceeds the threshold concentration, then falls to rapidly to be effective."
Second, " if the active agent is maintained at a concentration in the circulation that maintains the threshold concentration in the target cells, the result is optimum growth performance."
Now what is also important to not is that the decrease in plasma levels of an active compound is that it is exponential. This means that it decreases faster in the beginning, then more slowly over time. Now if you consider a linear decrease based on your statement that you believe TA has roughly a half life of just shy of 3 days, or 62% for 72 hours to be exact, means that the actual half life would be 58 hours. Now since it is not linear, but exponential in it's decline, it would actually be shorter than this. So lets just say it is actually 50 hours. This is 1.44 days. So I'll be modest and round up, I'll call the half life of the drug 1.5 days.
Now given a half life of 1.5 days, this means that before your next shot of eod dosing you have already dropped below 50% of the max concentration of the tren in your system. That creates quite a peak and trough. WHat dose this mean? That ed day injections will give a substantially more evel level of plasma concentration, and ruducing the possibility that you have gone passed the max threshhold. Which would result in less side effects and better results for optimum growth.
Now if you just go off your experience, what other factors were involved in your conclusion that you mwf protocol was more effective? More than likely quite a few. That being said, I too have ran tren several times, including MWF, EOD, and ED. And quite frankly I clearly feel better results and less sides with an ED protocol.
So? Shoot tren ed.
