Hi, I'm 17 years old I'm 5'10 and 140 lb. I work out about 3-4 times a week and I don't have a plan so I just go to the gym and lift w.e is opened. I need to gain some fat but for some reason its very impossible for me to gain any weight not sure why but I can eat a pizza the hole week and wont gain a single pound so I figured a proper diet should help. But I have no clue what to eat and what I should look for. If anyone could help me out on this topic I'm tired of people calling me anorexic
