I get it ...I will look at the reads as well. What you are saying is that I need consistent macronutrient ratios throughout the day at every meal ...I need a diet makover that's what I need - to find out how to eat right...any suggestions??

P.S. What was the mention of hypoglyemia?? I swear that I DO NOT eat perogies (just this once) and cookies all the time! I just had a craving! Been so long.... :(
 
I still have no clue on the hypoglycemia

My meal times are what I was told to eat. Y Trainer said consume 5-6 small meals a day anything low fat.........and high protein

Also, is it ok to use UDO's to supplement at mealtimes if I know what I am eating does not have the EFA's??

Space your meals..I suggested an interval of 2.5 to 3.5 hours. Compose them for Protein, Fat and Fiber........Slow burning carbs where needed :D

and yes, Udo's is fine, you can search flax/udo's here too if you need to!

Thanx VERY MUCH for all your insight - tweaking macronutrient diet today to slowing increase to 1680 cal. over next 4-5 weeks!

BTW - My GOAL weight was listed at 140 lbs (where I want to be) I am CURRENTLY 154 lbs.

I was 164 a/o last January 2002 - I was doing aerobics senslessly for fat loss (3-4x week) for first 9 mos.! Lost loads of fat and inches since using weights, but want to make sure I keep forging ahead!
