3 cycles underbelt

(1) Test 500mgs = Massive muscle and fat gains.

(2) Prop & Tren Ace = IMO waste of a cycle. I tried to recomp but which was effective but no dramatic change. Lost BF and Gained Mass, just not as much as I would have hoped

(3) Test Deca Dbol kickstart and winny ending. I tried to kickstart with a quick bulk and turn it into a cut at the end. Great cycle. but realized I need to stick to one or the other.

So, I can start this cycle as soon as I find out my girl got prego's from our Doc inseminating her with my man goods.

1-16 EQ 500 mgs
1-16 Test E 500 mgs
1-4 Prop 400 mgs
1-5 HGH 5 iu week
14-18 Winni 50 mgs ED

HCG throughout

ECA Stack throughout cycle.

Diet will be Mainly Protien with some carb cycling.

I plan on cutting to as low a body fat as 4 months will allow me. I am hoping for some strength gains but no longer want to look like a giant meathead.

Brad Pitt in Fighclub is what I am going to strive for, maybe a little moar beefy but just as cut.

I am hoping in 4 months to drop as low as say 8% while gaining a substantial amount of lean mass.

Too much you say? But gears is soo much fun!
 
Bro 5 weeks of GH is not gonna do jack shit, waste of money. Cutting on EQ is hard (at least for me) due to increased hunger.

You could try Test E/Tren E/Winny (or Mast).

like nby said, 5 weeks of gh is a waste, eq is not a good idea brad pitt is small etc.


you also need quality fats in your diet like virgin coconut oil and fish oil..

its all about diet bro, id really recommend cutting out the t3 and throwing in some clen + tren

I am just not a fan. Tren makes me too irritable. I have one of those jobs that can easily get stressful, there is no reason for me to be adding fuel to that fire.

I can deal with hunger pains and just want something with slow and steady gains, plus I want to ride a cycle wave for awhile hence the 16 weeks.

I just don't get HGH.... I was going to just use it instead of winny to kickstart. I guess I'll pregame with Winny and end with winny then.
 
like everyone said... HGH needs to be run over very long periods of time to see the real effects of it.

i like nbys suggestion, besides winny.... i dont thing tren and winny should be run together because of joint issues associated with winny, especially with the strength and aggression tren gives you, youll be wanting to throw around heavy weights and could possibly hurt yourself. just my opinion!

If you don't like tren, you can go for something like test/primo/winny. Perhaps even anavar but in combination with primo you'll have one expensive cycle.
Primo in higher dosages (600+) for a longer time (12+) will give real nice results. Keep the test down and also run an AI to keep the estro and bloat down.

In the end the diet will make or break your run. In 16 weeks you could cut a whole bunch of fat with just a low dose of T to prevent LBM loss.

I knew this would come up,.... so what are the advantages of doing a real cycle on a cut rather then just Test to maintain?

I am still expecting to gain mass with the extra compounds. Will the extra stuff be worth it for a cut?>

No, I am a gym rat thank you very much. Only 1 cycle was a bulk there hot stuff. The recomp you could say was close to worthless. Thats what I get for read relentlessly of broscience.

everyone has given you some good advice...I'll add my 2 cents...
DO NOT TAKE T3 THE ENTIRE CYCLE, YOU WILL PERMANENTLY SCREW YOUR THYROID...T3 MUST BE TAKEN CORRECTLY TO AVOID SHUTTING DOWN THYROID AND AVOIDING THYROID STORM UPON CESSATION OF EXOGENOUS T3!!!
IF you change that cycle a little you could do a 5-6 week t3 pyramid (50/75/100/75/50/25)mcg ed/wk..that is the longest sensible t3 run I would ever personally do(though I wouldn't ramp to 100..only 75..I have a VERY fast metabolism as is and would not have enough energy to open my eyes above 75mcg/day)

this is a cycle that could, with correct diet, workout , and cardio... prevent too much catabolism while optimizing fat loss... you may even gain some muscle if you got everything absolutely PERFECT.

WEEK 1-2(start t3 pyramid week 2, ending it week 7..6 WEEKS MAX!!)

20mg nolva ed(this does help with fat loss!! especially e2 related deposition areas!!)

I would use hcg, clomid, nolva, and aromasin(I have differing views of pct than most, so do as you wish.. or just pick a method and stick with it as long as it works)

this is only 3 compounds(aas), if you don't count the two diff test ester as diff compounds, with ancillaries you probably would have used anyway..
you're wasting your time with hgh if you are only using for a short duration...

The entire point of how this is laid out is to peak your aas at same time your t3 peaks and drop them back down as it drops down...this will help prevent catabolism...

diet is KEY!! AND CARDIO IS A MUST!!
good luck bro, you can do it if you are strict with yourself and don't expect the drugs to do the work...
