Uh,ok thanx built. U must have not read the post well. How much can your body Absorb ON cycle is the question. I'm sure it does matter,if it doesn't all get absorbed for muscle I'm sure it turns to fat right. Thanx
I did read the question. My point, is that since the amount you "absorb" in one sitting doesn't matter if you're OFF cycle, it doesn't matter ON cycle, either.
