Am I the only one who does this? I seem to hold onto my gains much better when I wake up mid way through sleep down a quick shake then back to sleep. Cottage cheese/cassein pre bed didnt seem to hold me through till morning.

50gm whey with 15g$ EVOO.it dont diterb me. I have one before bed and i piss 1 or 2 times a night so i have ine in fridge already and take a few chugs on the way back to bead.
i do this while still sleeping. lol
