I've just bought a 2lb tub of ON cookie and cream whey, and I was wonderin if there was alot of different between, Garnell, USN, Pro Lab, Muscle Tech etc etc etc proteins?

ON is great because is has hydrolyzed protein which is one of the purest forms (concentrate --> isolate --> hydrolyze)

ON is fricken great. Muscle-Tech is thicker and tastier but as far as quality goes, ON 100% is the shit.

You guys talking about Optimum Nutrition right?

Dont like the way muscle-tech mixes :barf: Just didnt no if there was any difference in the quality of whey in Garnell or USN etc

Profusion never heard of it. Did a search, it is basically a mix of proteins.

There is no creatine in it.

managemysite who is profusion made by?

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
I noticed ON has cholesterol in its nutritional info, most of the whey I use contain none.

Is the amount negligible? Im not really sure what is considered significant.

Cookie & Creme huh? I've yet to venture outside of good ole chocolate. So many flavors anymore... I think I'm going to try a 6lb of Vanilla on the 1st (nice sale @ GNC)

Drew I think its been said before but steer clear of vanilla, it doesnt taste very much like it should, it has more of a vanilla after taste. Laura > would use All The Whey but the cost of shipping to the UK is usually very high.

Hmm. Maybe this bad taste is brand specific? What I use is the big red "100% Whey" bottle at GNC.. Never tried anything but the chocolate in that brand. I have tried the Xyience XRTD-30 (just a ready to drink protein shake) in vanilla and thought it was quite good.

Maybe I will get a smaller bottle to try it out.. 6lbs last me just about a month on average

Designer/ GNC own brand whey always makes me stomach cramp up, and give me terrible gas.

Probably worth mentioning also that I mix about 75% of my whey shakes with oatmeal/bananna/flax so the taste is a lot better than your standard water mix

But now I'm weary of that vanilla. We'll see

laura... what do you compare your product at with trueproteins?
I have been ordering through them since they first opened , and I recently, for the second time, asked for a 10 percent off discount code after recieving it the first time, and basically got flamed like a newbie on elitefitness, so i've been shopping around, I use more hydrolized whey and MC caseinate then anything.

Ive read a lot of poor things about Sci Fit and my brother had a terrible experience with one of their pro horomones a few years back.

I never buy anything they produce.

I've tried alot of different brands of whey, and ON seems to mix the easiest. The cheaper stuff is impossible to mix without a blender.

I just bought the ON rocky road flavor, fricking nasty tasting, I'll stick to the basics: chocolate and vanilla.
