There was a thread where someone mentioned they take a type of protein that was a small "shot" instead of a powder you have to mix, kind of like a 5hr. Energy drink!!! Does anyone know what I am talking about? If you do what is the brand and how can I get it? GNC, Vitamin Outlet, ect.?

Check GNC's website. I know for sure my local GNC carries a couple different brands of the shot.... If I remember corectly it was called metamorphis... or something to that effect.

what is protein

A protein is a long train of amino acids linked together. Proteins have different functions; they can provide structure (ligaments, fingernails, hair), help in digestion (stomach enzymes), aid in movement (muscles), and play a part in our ability to see (the lens of our eyes is pure crystalline protein).
Protein is a long chain molecule made up of amino acids joined by peptide bonds. Protein forms the structural material of bodily tissues.
Proteins, the principal constituents of the protoplasm of all cells, are of high molecular weight and consist essentially of combination of a amino acids in peptide linkages.
Twenty different amino acids are commonly found in proteins and each protein has a unique, genetically defined amino acid sequence which determines its specific shape and function.
They serve as enzymes, structural elements, hormones, immunoglobulins, etc. And are involved in oxygen transport, muscle contraction, electron transport and other activities throughout the body and in photosynthesis.

Did you even read his question??? Or is this just spam??:spam:

I would like to know where to get these as well....50 mgs protein per ounce would me awesome

I`d be interested in this too. Easy for post workout without the bloat of a shake and no time for a real meal.

I doubt you can fit that much protein in so little space...

That and if it is all whey protein it would be wasted. The body can only digest something like 30grams at a time. That is why blended proteins and protein from whole food is better.

Dymatize has a liquid whey/casein protien product. It`s on the Vitamin Shoppe site.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones

This is NOT true. Please do a little reading; That notion has been refuted numerous times on this board.
