Is it me or is pS4 the obvious choice or is their a reason to get the xbox 1? Is it actually that shit, or are Microsoft just trolling?

The obvious choice is a PC, consoles are for kids in high school that can't afford anything better.
PS4 >>>>Xbox1 It's really no competition right now. Xbox missed their mark this time like PS3 missed their mark last time. Xbox overshot the market with functionality. I don't need to run my fantasy football team from my gaming station, and that certainly won't get me to pay 100$ more for it. When you try and address problems that don't really exist you learn just how much people don't care.

This is the right answer. Granted, there are a few console-only games (The Last of Us, Uncharted, Red Dead Redemption) that I'd like to play, but PC destroys consoles. I run 3-24" LEDs backed by two GTX 680-4GB cards. My experience is like nothing you can get with a console.
Pick up both! I have always been a sony guy but xbox does have some good games.
