Hello everyone. I play Semi Pro football here in the Raleigh-Durham NC area. I am 28 years old and am relatively in good shape. Well at least I thought. At the end of one of the practices two weeks ago we ran some gassers to finish up. Well I pushed off real hard and did something to my left hamstring. I have never pulled my hammy before.
I have no idea how to treat it other than rest. It has been two weeks since the pull. My leg still has some pain. If I try to walk real fast I feel it. Even when I sit here at my PC at work I notice it does not feel normal.
HELP!!! I need to get back to practicing and ready for our first pre season game that is in 3 weeks.
