Worked on my Posing 3 different times today.

Started getting fuller midday.
I'm really trying to be consistent/steady with carb intake, very easy to see changes an hour or two later.
Did some more posing practice.
Also did some gathering and packing.

Tomorrow will be higher carbs.
Gotta travel, check in and get setup at the hotel.
I'll do a simulated pump up session with more posing.
Gonna get tan done before weigh/check ins.
Then going out for a Nice Burger and Fries.
Other than that gonna try to rest as much as possible.

Not sure how many updates for tomorrow or saturday, but I can assure you i'll try to document as much as possible.

Good morning.
Yesterday 1 day out.

Up early today.
Had a protein shake with OJ.
Some coffee and 1 water bottle.
Getting ready to eat some Beef and Rice, I have a Blueberry muffin ready for the ride to the venue. And I have a turkey, roast beef and Muenster cheese sandwich ready just in case....
Athletes meeting is scheduled for 8 am then prejudging is supposed to start at 9.
In my bag for backstage I have some fudge, some pop tarts, peanut M&M, pretzel M&M, Lenny and Larry?s cookie, and a pb&j rice cake sandwich.
I also have a 1 liter bottle of water to get me up to the night show. Of course I do have headphones and some bands to get a pump.

No scale in the room.
But yesterday I officially weighed in at 163.4 at 5 feet 4 3/4 inches tall. Made the cutoff by 1.6 lbs.

Yesterday I was surprised at how sore I was just from the posing and pumping up all day at the show.
Today I was still sore and a little tired.
Did some cardio and a Push session.
