ok guys, I know this question has been asked a lot of times but still I want some opinions on my PWO (post workout) meal. I am 6'3" 165lbs (skinny, lol)
PWO meal:
1 scoop of whey protein
Banana shake ( 2 glasses of milk with 2 or 3 bananas)
Creatine 5g
I cant get destrose here.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
after 1 hr of eating my PWO meal I'll eat a real food meal.
