Squats - 275 x 20 (up 3 reps)
SLD - 225 x 20 (up 7 reps)
Leg Press - 630 x 20 (up 13 reps)
Extensions - 140 x 13 + 5 (up 1 rep and hold)
Curls - 170 x 14 + 5 (up 2 reps + hold)
Calf raise - 145 x 15 (up 15 lbs)
Crunch machine - 110 x 16 (up 4 reps)
Knee raises - 12 (up 2 reps)
Time 25:00. Felt great, very strong throughout. I should go up on 3 moves Friday. I am very worried about my ability to walk out of the gym when that time comes.
