Hello, i started lifting about 4 1/2 weeks ago and i have gained weight and getting bigger in size. I am also on a bulking diet and eat about 3000-3500 calories a day. However, i am noticing some stubborn fat on my belly area and im getting worried. My upper body and legs are fine but my abs need a lot of work. My bulking diet is clean and i eat healthy. But it seems like im getting a little fatter on my belly area and i was wondering if i should start doing some cardio and maybe ab workouts 3 times a week instead of 1. I was thinking of doing ab workouts on my off days at home. Are there any types of ab workouts that is necessary to do at home? Please link me to a site if you have a good ab workout plan for at home. If i should do cardio, how much should i do a week? Will it prevent me from bulking and gaining weight?
