did an online calculator, height, weight, age, didn't put in physical activity levels, said i need 2500/ day. to lose 1lb/ week, 2000...how does this change if i lift vigiorously 4 days a week? now i want to cut, but keep as much muscle as possible; i was thinking of trying a maintainence diet, so 2500 cals/ day apprx, but just raising my activity level through the roof by adding HIIT running and swimming (pool 20 feet from my patio) plus, if possible, intensifying lifting days...goal is to lose about 10lbs of fat by august 1. by taking into account all of this, what should my calorie intake be if static maintainence level is 2500? i will also be taking green tea and EC stack...
