Ok so i have been counting calories for the last week or so and ive run upon something i want to make sure of.When i eat anything canned , boxed ,etc , and say the item has "200" calories , but the container says "servings per container about 3" does this mean if eat eat the whole containers worth ill be getting 600 calories or "about" 600 calories? Its really just a common sense question but i just wanna make sure , im not afraid to ask , also the same with protein?
