question about calves

i am definitely not a body builder, or anything of the sort.
so i have no idea what to do...

alright, so i want the bottom part of my calves to grow. i want all of my calf muscle to grow, but mainly the bottom portion of it.

can any of you guys tell me how to shape them the way i want them?
 
Calves

Its tough to change muscle shape. Thats based on genetics, so blame your parents. Best thing to work on is plain size. Calves get worked every every time you take a step, so they need a lot of weight to respond. Work them a few times a week using different moves, like seated calf raise and then a straight leg move- either standing calf raise or using a leg press machine with legs extended. I like to hit calves on leg day. Right after leg press, I just move my feet (same weight, don't get up) and do a set to almost failure. Good luck!
