hey everyone ... i dont know if my question can be effeciently answered but heres my situation-- i used to work out alot, the eliptical (however u spell it) for 40 mins everyday was my main excersise... i did it at a high intensity and i love it... i love it so much better than running sometimes.. i feel like its better on my body as well. anyway i kinda "took the summer off".. and im starting to work out again, hardcore... im back at school... i got on the eliptical today and my calves were THROBBING they were absoultely killing me...
i was so pissed, my perfect workout was causing me so much pain, i HAD to get off...i was so much better off powerwalking on the tredmill... my legs were ok... i just dont get it im so upset about it
.... i go to school in philly now and all i do is walk around here.. i walk EVERYWHERE..and walk up soooo many stairs i dont know if this has anything to do with it? anyway i was wondering if anyone had experienced this... and knows maybe what i could do? or not do? do u think im better off on the tredmill? any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.... thanks for reading this....!!! <3 julia
