I got a question about cheating days, where I eat a meal consisting of "junk food".

Every 2 weeks or so I go out and have all you can eat sushi, in which I eat a boat load of it, and then eat a nice big cup of ice cream from Cold Stone Cremery, which if you havent tried that place, I highly recommend it. I make sure to do a bunch of cardio and some weight training on that day to keep my metabolism up.

I consider sushi a cheat meal because of the incredibly high amount of carbs and decent amount of fat that I intake from it. So do you think that I shouldnt worry what so ever about any of the bad stuff in the foods affecting my physique/wasteline?

I do cardio 5 times a week and lift weights 6-7, just as side note.

Thanks,

MiKe

that 1 meal every 2 weeks will have no effect on your waistline

Yeah, you wont get fat because of it. Even if you did, you know by now that cutting small amounts of fat is rather easy.

Btw, dont use bold letters, it makes people angry. I swear that I made a fist when I was reading your post.

So yesterday was my cheat day. Me and my family went out to one of the best steak houses in New York. I had an amazing Porterhouse Steak, along with fried calamari, and baked clams. It was quite the dinner. After, I had a big bowl of Cold Stone Ice Cream. I still feel like crap from the fried food, and ice cream, but it was a gooood cheat day. Althought the steak is healthy, it was prepared with oil and butter, which made it great tasting but unhealthy, for the most part. Just thought I'd share my cheat day with others.

I still dont want to eat, to try to compenstate, but I read how you need to go on with your regular eating regiment in order to prevent your body from getting out of whack.

Was it because his sig is in bold too? :)

well i can justify the sig, im trying to promote my job. If I were able to save you $400 a month on mortgage payments, you wouldnt complain about bold writing.

 Thats a lot of gym time.

Yes, excessive.

Cheating is fine. Assuming 42 meals per week (6 meals x 7 days) is it reasonable to assume missing 1 in 42 is really going to cause problems? That's still 98% compliance.

You will lose all of your gains sadly...

True Story.

I'm not complaining. Bold doesn't upset me, I'm a bit more relaxed about those things. Besides, good on you for self employment promoting. :thumb:

Italics have the same effect on me! grrrr

No really, I have never heard of anyone complaining from one sentence being in bold in a post.

USUALLY PEOPLE JUST COMPLAIN ABOUT ALL CAPS.

A little bold in a post isn't horrible as long as it isn't a 5 page post where the whole thing is bold.
