No.

3.5 oz raw chicken breast roughly has:
110 cals
23g protein
1.2g fat

When it is cooked it will decrease in weight but it is water that is lost (how much will depend on how you cook it.. but it is usually ~2.5 oz of cooked)... The difference in protein will be minimal (and the amount of fat that 'drips out' will depend on cooking).

It should still be assumed that it will have:
~110 cals
~23g protein
~1.2g fat

ok emma, this is where im getting my protein source:
1.- 250gms= 8.8 oz Chicken Breast
2.- 250gms= 8.8 oz New York Steak
3.- 240gms= 8.5 oz Tuna
and for my fourth meal i can get:
4.- 6 Egg Whites or
Cottage Cheesee
and compliments:
5-6.- N Large-2
multi vits
EFAS
Creatine
Glutamine
im going for 1.5xBW so that would be 1.5x155lbs=232 im trying to get at least 1gm of protein x 1lb of BW from real food, and that extra .5 from my weight gainer......(and im going for 1lb x pound of BW in my carbs section)what do you think :)

and i got another question, is it ok to eat frozen vegetables ??? since i cant cook fresh vegis, i dont have much time  :)

oh i forgot to tell u about the chicken, the nutrition label says for every 100gms=3.5 oz of chiken contains 18gms of protein :P

fresh veggies > Frozen veggies > Canned veggies > no veggies

is what ive been told in the past

jeje, whats up tough man hows rosarito doing :) ....hope to see ya in springbreak :thumb:
