I see people saying that there cutting down on cals to lose weight but then i see people saying you need to eat alot if you want to bulk. My goals are to lose body fat and bulk up, im 16 yrs old, 5 ft 9 inch, 168 lbs. I see to buld you need to eat alot and to lose weight/bodyfat you need to eat less cals aka cutting. My training consists of weight training every other day and cardio everyday. My question is how should i be eating? i still have body fat to lose and i dont know if i should be eating more for the bulking or cutting for the weight/fat loss? is it possible to lose fat while eating a normal amount of cals and doing my training?
