question about eating and training..

I see people saying that there cutting down on cals to lose weight but then i see people saying you need to eat alot if you want to bulk. My goals are to lose body fat and bulk up, im 16 yrs old, 5 ft 9 inch, 168 lbs. I see to buld you need to eat alot and to lose weight/bodyfat you need to eat less cals aka cutting. My training consists of weight training every other day and cardio everyday. My question is how should i be eating? i still have body fat to lose and i dont know if i should be eating more for the bulking or cutting for the weight/fat loss? is it possible to lose fat while eating a normal amount of cals and doing my training?

these are the questions i can think of right now..thanks for the help.

The thing is i dont really have a real schdual of how im going to work out for the week and i know im going to have to set one up. What ive been doing for the past 5 weeks is just full body work out(kind of) every other day and cardio everday. Ive been working out in my basement where my weight training machines are limited but i now have a membership to bally total fitness and i have unlimited ways to train (even a pool).

So if someone knows of thread of how to lose the most body fat and gain the most muscle with a work out rutine or something like that i would be very grateful if you posted it . Thanks

Read The stickies at the top of the page and read the stickies at the top of the page in the diet&nutrition page ;) . get a solid routine and diet.
