I hate to repeat things already brought up. I'm sorry if I come off as a rookie pain in the ass. I mainly stay in the suppliment threads.
Anyway, I've always had my own routines, bi's/tri's one day, chest/shoulders the next, etc..
Well, here I am, on the powerblock website and look at some of the workouts and find the 20 minute workout.
http://powerblock.com/20-minute.htm
I know most here are not into full/total body workouts, but I just looked at this chart and wanted clarification. It gives a nice set of things to do with the blocks and bench, but it never mentions number or reps-sets per workout.
For a full body routine, would it be one set, and then switch? That really wouldnt seem like enough in my opinion.
My normal 3 sets of each? If it was 3 sets, this would take well more than 20 mins.
Whats your opinion on this chart? Is there a better one somewhere I can print out?
I'm using powerblocks with a basic incline/decline bench.
