I am in NEED here .( yah that kind of need too but let me get back on topic..) .. hee hee. seriously though. I am doing a massive leg workout where I only have to work legs once per week that is how heavy the load is... but not neccesarily the weights . the heaviest weights are when I am doing good mornings and squats etc and all the other essential leg exercises @ 60 lbs. and leg curls etc @ 40 lbs.etc.. anyway on my good mornings and squats.. I notice on my right knee it pops a wee bit under my knee cap .. I don't want to blow out my knee ! that would be catastropic.. BUT I also have no pain when it does this.. and I AM double jointed ..for example..I can lift my legs above my head when standing and I can still do splits and other Gymnastics moves with no prob. and my knees are also double jointed and sometimes pop when I walk.. so my question is should I lower the weight and do more reps without rest to make up for the lower weight or just keep it as is since I have no pain ??
Input ??

God I hope this made sense.. Geez being a blonde is hard work.

My knees pop all the time at the start of my workout, as long as there isn't any pain and they don't feel sore after your workout, I don't think you need to worry.

Mine does the same thing. But if it isn't causing you any pain I wouldn't worry about it to much. If you get it check out though let us know what the doc says.

Thanks guys I shall have it looked at when I go in for my mammogram :) wink.. seriously tho .. it does not hurt. I just was worried it might be a precursor to other things.
I shall def give you the down lo on whatever he says.. well about the knee at least ..LOL

again thankyou for taking the time..
