I am in NEED here .( yah that kind of need too but let me get back on topic..) .. hee hee. seriously though. I am doing a massive leg workout where I only have to work legs once per week that is how heavy the load is... but not neccesarily the weights . the heaviest weights are when I am doing good mornings and squats etc and all the other essential leg exercises @ 60 lbs. and leg curls etc @ 40 lbs.etc.. anyway on my good mornings and squats.. I notice on my right knee it pops a wee bit under my knee cap .. I don't want to blow out my knee ! that would be catastropic.. BUT I also have no pain when it does this.. and I AM double jointed ..for example..I can lift my legs above my head when standing and I can still do splits and other Gymnastics moves with no prob. and my knees are also double jointed and sometimes pop when I walk.. so my question is should I lower the weight and do more reps without rest to make up for the lower weight or just keep it as is since I have no pain ??
