I've been in these forums for a while now and the one thing that seems constant is 'full range of motion'.
When I was at the gym today a guy came in and went to the incline bench. After taking it off the rack and bringing it down all the way to his chest, he lifted it maybe 6 inches and did this for about ten reps. The rest of his workout was the exact same thing. Whatever exercise he did was these short little burst.
Seeing how this is completely opposite of full range of motion I was wondering if maybe I was missing something.
