It probably isn't enough for most people that work out the traditional way(1 body part a day sometimes 2) because you only gave those muscles 2 days off while most people give theres about 7. So by them taking the extra week off it turns to 14 days off. So there getting lots fo rest. But if you feel totally ready to go work out then more power to ya. As for me every 2-3 months I take a week off just because when I go back I can ussually add more weight to everything I do. I am taking this up coming week off to rest up b/c I have been sick for like a month and want to get rid of it totally. But it is really all how you feel bro, if you feel totaly rested come those 2-3 days later then go back in there. But me I look forward to my week off sometimes b/c I barely have time to to everything I do now so that week off lets me get lots of things done in that extra like 7-8 hours a week heh.
