vascular can be described as being lean enough to have veins and muscles showing very clearly, correct? My question is, I know that the way to get like that is to reduce bodyfat levels, but how is it possible that certain parts of your body can be vascular, yet other parts are not? For example, I can see every single vein in my forearms and they stick out quite a bit, yet I don't have that vein in my bicep area. Also, I seem to have some chest separation between upper and lower that is visible, yet I can't see my abs yet. How can some parts be "ripped" and other parts not at the same time? Do I just need to lose more body fat?

Hell yea, another Tony fan! :thumb:

This has a lot to do with genetics. Where and how you store fat and water, and to what degree, its partly genetic.

Either way though, if you clean your diet up enough, and have the muscle to show, youll see it. Same with veins.

I can see my 6 pack when relaxed and veins in my forearms and biceps and to a lesser extent around my upper chest and abs(obliques). When im pumped its like their on the verge of bursting through my skin in my arms, and around my chest abs (to a lesser extent again), yet i never see it anywhere else like my legs or back(if its possible to see em there).I think it is just genetic to a large extent aswel.
