how long should i be resting my legs for before i train them again? i trained them on tues and they were sore for a few days... i went to train them again today (sat) as they felt ok and i thought they were ready to be trained again as it had been 3-4 days since i had trained them last but when i started my leg press i could still feel some soreness in my quads so i decided to hold off on legs until monday as i didn't want to over train them and be sore all over again for a few more days... so what's a general rule of thumb for the number of days one should rest their legs before training them again?
