For a person that wants to gain mass, is he suppose to eat a low fat, high protein and high carb meal or should it be low carb? What about those who wants to gain lean muscles?

Also, what exactly is Glutamine and how important is that?

Someone please answer my question. I need to make adjustments for my diet, so I seriously need to do whether should a person that wanna gain mass eat LOW or HIGH carb meals everyday.

Low-Mid Fat
Mid Carbs
High Protein

Some people like 40/40/30, others like 50/30/20 and me, right now I am doing 55/35/10, but I am also cutting.

Thank you, so a low fat, mid carb and high protein diet...

Is it for ppl that is Gaining Mass or Cutting?

I think high protein, mid carb and low fat is fine if you wanna bulk up. For Glutamine, I think it's some stuff whereby you intake to help repair and recover your muscles even quicker, as far as being compulsory or not, I'm not sure. Someone plz confirm this for me.

What I have read on Glutimine is this: Glutimine help repair muscle break down in cancer Patientsdue to the kemo thearapy. Now they dont know for sure that it does anything for people that are not a cancer Patients. But they think it might aid in the repair of the muscles being torn down during the lifting process. Ya getting me?
