Im thinking of having some fish oil right before I go to sleep. I plan to just gulp a tablespoon down right before i hit the lights.
Will the benefits of DHA still affect me? Im asking this because i know that fat is the primary source of energy used when asleep. Will the DHA all get used up an energy while Im asleep and thus not benefit me?
