I train pull push leg rest repeat and I have Soccer in the fall and wrestling in the winter. Two rest days of weights in a 8 day period is not having negatives on me. I keep getting stronger and since I took Built's advice (thanks btw) to increase calorie consumption I've been gaining a lot more mass. Yet more and more that I read from this site I keep hearing that you should have one rest day for every work out day. Is it my age, 17? Or something else? Should I add more rest days? Please elaborate
