I see quite a few guys at the gym I've just joined (trained at home for years) using these wrist strap things. I presume they're used to assist with grip/wrist strength when deadlifting/pull ups etc.
Are they any good? My grip has always prevented me going really heavy on pullup/chin ups - would these straps help me much?
