This is something that has really been buggin me out and i'd say has really affected how i train. If u drop ur BF% to low numbers, like 10 or single digits or so, does that automatically get u ripped? i know that sounds stupid but i ask because i dont really think that i have that much BF% (dont have something to check my BF% with) but im not ripped, like i'll have some cuts here and there but nothing that would signify "he's been hitting the gym". Im not new to working out, and every gain ive gotten is like mass which is good, but i want mass thats ripped. If i have to lose more BF% i was thinkin of doing weights like around 11 or so, then having a 30-45 min cardio session like 4-5 hrs later or so. help me plz lol

oh one more question, does takin like creatine help u get ripped ? cuz supposedly it says "gets u harder" and stuff, so if it does work would i need to do as much cardio as normal or less?

age/weight/height/pics.....?

you wont look like the abs on the tub of protein powder unless you go real low bf and real hard on your training/eating. Its not kids play.

Abs and getting "ripped" is all about diet. Go and learn about that.

It depends on where you have a propensity to store fat. I have been at 10 percent and not been shredded on my arms but had sharp abs and distinct leg "tone". When you get into single digits, though, the effect is much less pronounced.

i wanted to know about this too, read all about how you could only go for one thing at a time and not muscle gain and fat loss at the same time...
i'm 5' 11' and weigh 185 .. have too much fat around the stomach...but don't want to lose muscle while dieting

age/weight/height/pics.....?

im 18, 140 ish and im 5"6, and i have no pics. Is it possible that if ur doing cardio and still training like ur tryin to gain muscle/ build mass for it to cancel out and get nothing? stupid question, yes i know but my friends tell me that all the time

a friend of mine who is extremely fit [he looks like one of those protein ad guy] had a body fat of 14%. I am guessing he is one of those lucky guys. I remember he told me that all his fat went to his legs so his upper body was just naturally cut.

In conclusion i am guessing it depends on your body type really
