Would it be fine to make the pancake batter the night before and keep it in the fridge for the morning to save time... My protein pancakes have no whey in them, so I would think it'd be fine... just checking.
Heres what im using if it helps
50g Multigrain pancake/waffle mix
30g Oats
150g Pumpkin Puree
1 cup egg whites
.25 cup Cottage Cheese
.5 tsp Xanthan gum
1.5 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp baking soda
My main curiousity is the leavining... I was wondering if i left it overnight if it wouldnt rise like it would if it was fresh.
