ok guys ive been looking around but alot of all the ideas i see are cooked meals that are time consuming, i work 65-75 hours a week and with gym time and a good nights sleep i do not have time to cook etc etc im a single guy and i live alone, money is no problem so im looking for simple quick microwave and fresh food ideas that i can buy at walmart and prepare quick but are still low cal and will provide what i need to lose weight and keep muscle, not just store bought either if you guys know of food chains that have something that is low cal and good to eat to cut up let me know, ie some chicken or turkey sandwhich from subways stuff like that guys, any help will be awsome thanks guys

canned tuna, canned beans, fresh meats like steak and chicken breasts are not that hard to make, it just takes practice. once you get the hang of it youll be getting into it quite easily. frozen veggies.. prepackaged greens! these are all quick and easy ones.

Slow Cooker Garlic Lime Chicken

This recipe is very easy. I love trying to create different meals so I try really hard to avoid those foods that needs to be cooked in a long process. I am always looking for alternatives from cream of mushroom. Don't get me wrong, cream of mushroom is an old favorite of mine but I don't like feeling like I am eating a casserole every night, you know what I am saying?

Here's the ingredients:
A bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 Chicken breasts halves
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4-1/3 cup lime juice, according to your taste....you know me :)
1 tbsp. A-1 or steak sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced or 3
1/2 tsp of mustard
1/2 tsp of ground pepper

1. Coat the bottom of the crock with EVOO and lay your chicken breasts down.

2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken

3. Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours or on low 6-8 hours.
