quick question on soreness...
what does soreness really prove...
if you have two different workouts for the same muscle group and on workout 1 you can get a soreness level of lets say 8 (10 being the most) and workout 2, the week after, you get a soreness level of lets say 5.... does that say you should use workout 1 more often? assuming you do both workouts with same amount of intensity....
