~rack lockouts~?

ok i have heard of these and i wanted to know what their good for? will they help ur bench?.....dont say anything gay!
 
At 15 and a 215 bench I doubt you need to worry about these.
I just did incline press at 295 for 2x6 and 325x3....and I could give a shit about rack lockouts.

Man you can be pretty harsh with some of ur comments....215 at 15 years old is awesome IMO. He'll be way over 300 before he finishes high school...I'm 22 and I can only bench 275, call that pathetic if you want to, it will just motivate me even more.

I just saw that he only weighs 155lbs....that's REALLY good IMO for his age.

use them to work the top portion of your bench.

Good benching, mine dropped from a awesome 335, to about 255 now. i mean a week ago i did like 280. not training just checking strength. this is sucking. I have never done rack lockouts, i did alot of width variations while flat benching. I always use decline, inline, and flat movements either with barbells or dumbells. And flat or incline flyes. And cable crossovers. good job bruther.
