Rack pull 495lb video

Strong pulls. Knees looked good and stable. Would try to get your hips through a little quicker and squeeze the glutes (but don't hyperextend the lower back).

Your lower back looked fine, but you could do with pulling your scapula together to keep the upper back solid.

I try my best to keep the scapula squeezed together. At about the 430lb range is when the weight gets the best of my "squeeze." Once I have it lifted the first time I can keep it together, but that first lift is a PITA

If you do another vid, get a shot from the side if possible - would be good to see it from both angles!
 
my buddy was walking over to the side for my third rep but i lost my grip. When i tried to pull it back up my body just shut off. There is a side vid of me attempting to lift it :)
