Rack Pulls= Lower or Upper Body vertical?

Since alot of leg movement is taken out of the equation when setting the pins at knee level, would you classify Rack Pulls as a lower or upper body vertical movement?

Depending where your pins are set. But most of the time I would say its more back.
 
i still put it with lower body.

Yeah thats true. However, putting it on a back/pull day wouldnt be uncalled for, due to the nature of this specific exercise.

I still have never done it... I wonder if theyd really help. I can see them not getting too far with shitty grip strength.
