30 mins stairmaster
Leg curls 3 sets
Leg extensions 3 sets
HS ab crunch 3 sets
Hanging leg raises 4 sets

Did lots of stretching especially for hams. Working them back slowly to strength felt good. Lower back felt good no pain or discomfort so far.

Was able to hit a decent amount of protein and still keep carbs relatively low. This is higher then my normal days but I needed it, felt hungry.

I actually was aiming to only keep muscle while cutting after a while but it appears i have put on some muscle. Its hard to tell on low cal low carb diet but right after I eat some carbs I can tell I've put on some muscle. Pretty satisfied where I have gotten to, I still have alotnofbwork to do but I have made great progress imo.

Thanks man, I'm looking to try and make a huge change these last weeks. I will see what I can do, but soon I will be basically getting close to giving my body a more defined look rather then just beating it down to cut fat. Its my first time doing all this but I think I may have something here.

Hit the treadmill this morning, piece of shit kept turning off. Probably only got in 20 good mins total. Did a bunch of sets of incline db press since they have dbs and a bench at this hotel. Was done after that.

My meals have had more carbs then usual, I don't see an issue I'm actually pumped and feeling good. Im not overdoing the eating, muscles are full guys with me keep asking about workouts, my physique, etc lol

Do you feel doing cardio before lifting hurt your lifts or did it just warm you up?
 
It actually just warms me up, in the past it would kill my energy but I've gotten used to working out with low energy on this cut so it didn't bother me other then leaving sweat on every bench lol

I'm focused on the pump and reps in these days, so I pickup whatever weight to get a pump don't care if it's heavy or not.

Felt stronger and better then usual, the time off the last few days paid off.

Started with 30 mins cardio
Pullups 4 sets
Lat pulldowns 5 sets
Front pulldowns HS one arm at a time 5 sets
Cable Rows 5 sets
Hyper extensions 3 sets

Felt good, back felt strong and got a good pump in it for sure. Kept reps high.

Starting to feel some aches in joints from the winny. Mostly feel it after workouts or early in the morning, it's not bad since I'm only on 50mgs a day and took time off of it when I was out of town.

Be careful with the winny brother.I would not recommend it unless your 10% bf or less not worth the stress it puts on your joints.I won't touch it again unless I was getting ready to do show or something of that nature.Make sure to check out iml joint control and fish oil.
 
I'm for sure over 10% and im running both mast and winny with good results. If I get to 10% bf it would be a miracle, I won't get there in one cycle...it will take some time.

Hit 45 mins of cardio this morning, had a bbq today stayed away from carbs had a bunch of steak.
 
I'm at 190lbs this morning, I'm rethinking my diet. Im going to raise my calories so that I have the energy to put in a stronger workout. I may have went too low.

Seated leg curls superset with leg raises 4 sets
HS standing one leg curls 4 sets
Leg press 4 sets
Seated calf raises 5 sets

Feel stronger already, I upped my cals to 1600. Macros are 35g of fat, 120g carbs, and 200g of protein. I need to regain back my sanity and my overall feel. To me the cut is done at this point, it seems like my body is not responding to low cal, low carb diet anymore, even cycling stopped doing anything for me and being that low my workouts were honestly "weak" to say the least and I was suffering big time in the gym. I'm a newb at dieting so I'm learning my body day by day as I go and now its telling me enough. It's time to put on some lean mass and gain some quality strength before the cycles end.

In my eyes I have made some great progress throughout this cycle. I have lost around 3-4" at the waist and my muscles look more lean and defined. I still have a long way to go but this is an achieved milestone that I am proud of.

Second day since increasing cals and carbs and another great workout!! Tons of sets and reps, high intensity...I was dripping even before cardio. I haven't had a workout like this in a while. Cardio was brutal since legs are sore from yesterday but I fought through it and it was worth every minute. On the way home from work I was tired and didn't feel like training today. I had half a wheat bagel w. 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter and a strong cup of black coffee preworkout...let's just say I went from not feeling it to animal mode in literally minutes. Still kept carbs at 120g for the day so I don't think I'm overdoing it. Hitting traps was brutal since I pinned them this morning.
