30 mins stairmaster
Leg curls 3 sets
Leg extensions 3 sets
HS ab crunch 3 sets
Hanging leg raises 4 sets
Did lots of stretching especially for hams. Working them back slowly to strength felt good. Lower back felt good no pain or discomfort so far.
