186lbs this morning, dropped weight even after a cheat meal last night. I haven't had much of an appetite these past two days. So I know I havent been eating alot. Gotta get back on track.
Todays workout
Chest and triceps
HS incline chest press 4 sets
Bench press 4 sets
Incline db flies 4 sets
Tricep pushdowns 4 sets
One arm cable pushdowns 4 sets
Cardio 15 mins
Not alot of sets but kept weight heavy, trying to build back on some lost strength during the cut.
