when im lifting weights some times i have to put them down my arms are fine its just my hands get quite sore

anyone else get this and have anything that helps it
?

what part? like ripped the skin off doing a row? or cramping?

1. Train your grip.
2. Gloves will protect your hands from the wear and tear of the bar.
3. Straps will allow you to lift more weight when your grip fails, but only use them when it does.

its just round the joints under the knuckles

i sometimes feel my grip going durring deadlifts but thats ok

its just sometimes lifting dumbells and so on

My hands get stiff after holding heavy weights for a while. They kind of stay in that curled position and hurt afterwards, not suprisingly.

Ditto. Especially after deadlifts.

I also get callouses underneath the knuckles, even though i wear gloves.

It doesnt hurt with the gloves though, so i think theyre a good idea.

i think its just a grip issue my forearms are maxing out before my bi s do so ill get on the forearm curls

Static holds are superior to wrist curls for training grip IMO.

cool ill give it a try

Grip work should do the trick....If you have the available at your gym, try working with the thicker than standard olympic bars, once u return to regulars (few weeks/months) U should see a nice difference!
Gloves, while they do protect the skin on your hands, also make whichever bar technically "wider" so if youre grip is weak, sure gloves will prevent a little soreness but not resolve the issue.

Straps are awesome for heavy DL and such I also like hooks.

Get you a handball pr racketball and take it with you where ever you go. Just squeeze it. Now If you happened to be out one night where there are people around and have it in your pocket, make sure you remove it before squeezing to prevent people from thinking your playing with yourself.
