Ok so cramps arent something i usuely get but yesterday i got them realy bad in my calfs, so im looking on for any advise on how to avoid

I decided to have a go at 10x10s on the squats as a change of pace as i usualy do them heavy in the 5 - 8 range. i felt totaly wiped out after so thought id just concentrate on calfs but as the title suggests i couldnt do shit thus ending my workout

am i just been a cry baby or is there something i should look at changing taking into account that i would still like to do and improve on my 10x10 say every 6 week

ps i drink plenty of water before during and after

I had cramps in my forearms also yesterday after bicep work out! I take every vitamin in the spectrum! I use roxylean though too maybe it was from that 2nd day using it.

Like they said above, plenty of water and potassium maybe. A lot of the times it just dehydration. Taurine has actually helped me in the past.

Usually it's potassium or magnesium. A 2000 calorie diet requires 3,400mg of potassium daily. I'm sure you are taking in much more. Probably also taking in lots of water. Further imbalancing your potassium.

Best source of potassium is celery and spinach. Google it, FUCK BANANAS
