I've never been particularly good at the whole recomp diet. I can bulk and cut but I really wanna try and recomp. I'm currently 215 with about 15% bf anyone have any pointers on Cal intake to accomplish this goal

Anabolics of choice usually include tren, anavar, winstrol and test prop. You consume above maintenance calories on lifting days and below maintenance calories on off days. On off days, cardio would be a good idea. Some other things that might help out are ECA, clen, t3, hgh, ghrp/ghrh and dnp. If you don't count your macros and calories, you'll have lackluster results. You could also try using insulin on lifting days pre-workout, but that requires some knowledge and research you might not have or done.
 
Currently I'm runing tren ace at 400/mast 300 and prop at 400. I figured it'd have to be a super clean diet. The thing is I lift like 5 days a week. Should I just have no rest days and use the other 2 for cardio. I've done the no rest thing before and made gains on cycle my body can handle it. Or would it just be better to eat under maintence on rest days and ditch the cardio idea
 
i recomp on test e and tren ace and npp.but i can recomp with just test and tren ace.no crdio and no dieaing eating anything and as much as i want.and as long as i am on the tren and working out i will loose fat and gain muscle.i like tren so much because when you get burned out on eating healthy all the time.i can take tren and just eat whatever i want and i look the same i gain no fat no matter how much junk or food i eat i will not gain fat on tren ace and i gain fat really really easy i am a big guy .now when i want to look really good i take tren along with other stuff and keep my diet on point and cardio then i look like a god.

Im about to run this:

1-8 Test Propionate 100mg/eod
1-8 Tren Ace 75mg/eod
1-5 Dbol 50mg/ed
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg/eod
1-8 Cabergoline .5mg Twice Weekly

9 Clomid 100mg/ed
10-11 Clomid 75mg/ed
12 Clomid 50mg/ed




but I am wonder if Tren A and Tren H are any different? Thing is my buddy has Tren H on hand. Should I just run Tren A? I also want to recomp. Im sitting about 13-14% BF right now at 205lbs.

tren ace is ideally pinned every day. u will likely need to up your AI dose

IMO I would up the tren more than the Prop

Yea he told me the esters are longer, but I guess T-H isn't ideal for this stack is it? Better to go with T-A?

What would be the benefits in that? Never ran tren and this will be my 3rd cycle. Less bloat from the prop running it lower than tren?
 
^ I've always been told to run tren higher than test. Something about higher test interfering with the 19 nor binding capabilities running higher test ratios to tren. I'll try and find the link.

idk about that bro, but i always ran tren > test cuz test causes bloat, water retention, etc
 
for your first tren cycle run test high tren ace low.thne maybe try lower test with higher tren .heavy has alink arround here somewhere about how to run your first tren cycle and it works perfect for your first time.
 
I have almost no sides when i do 2:1 tren:test. This is @ 350/700 which is a pretty strong tren dose too. Worst side is probably increased perspiration, but not heavy night sweats.
 
Tren is your buddy on a recomp. And if you want to feel good on a tren/test cycle, run some Masteron. Cut blends are good for this purpose.

My advice is a VERY high protein diet, moderate to high fat and low carbs.

My meals were in the range of 100 grams of protein, 50 grams of fat and under 20 grams of carbs. 20 being on the high side for my meals. usually just veggies or fruit. However, post workout carbs should be high.
