By and large my meats come from chicken breast, lean ground chicken/turkey and tuna or salmon. But I loves some red meat.
The other night while preparing a flank steak dish (carne asada style with lemon juice habanero. sea salt and pepper), I was starving, and started to nibble on the raw seasoned meat I was preparing.
Probably not for everyone, but I thought it was damned good. Infact I put enough raw meat aside for a meal and cooked the rest for the next day.
Any heads up on raw beef? it is from an organic grocer etc so should be ok yeah?
